Metastatic cancer treatment

Propanc Pty Ltd, established in 2007 in Melbourne, Australia is developing a new anti cancer therapeutic drug that can offer cancer treatment to late stage patients and give them a survival chance without serious side effects. This new anti cancer drug is based on the original work undertaken by John Beard, Embryology Professor at Edinburgh University. He has conducted his cancer research with fresh pancreatic enzyme extracts. The company now wants to commercialize this new drug in an out-patient setting and to market it worldwide. The lead project, cancer drug JBP1, is in the preclinical development stage. Another project POP1, investigates the effect of cancer drug technology on cancer stem cells. And another project RFP1, aims at enhancing efficacy of the drug across different patient populations.

The key business process to be undertaken by Propanc Pty Ltd includes sourcing of existing active biological agents, transforming them to pharmaceutical formulation and scientifically commercializing the proven drug therapy.
